We are just two friends living in North Texas who have been Homebrewing for years. We are both Texas immigrants as Mick was born in Belgium and moved here in 1998. The “other dude” as we affectionately know him, was born in the United States and ended up in Dallas about twenty years ago.

Michael is a Certified Cicerone®, the other one an avid home brewer for years. We’ve won a few awards here and there, but we mainly just enjoy good beers, the fellowship and friendship we share during our long brew sessions and above all, the good times, good company and good beer we get to enjoy as fruits of our labor.

Will we ever go further, read professional, with this endeavor ? Only time will tell. We have a business plan, we believe there is room for our concept in the North Texas area, but as we both have families to support, we take it slow. It’s not enough to make good beer. It’s imperative to make good beer, consistently and in a way that attracts a consistent consumer base. And until we have sufficient funding and are convinced we can accomplish this, we’re just enjoying ourselves with this rather extensive hobby.
